Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, demo sessions, and services offered by ASC NCFM Academy Hyderabad through our website https://stockmarkettraininginhyderabad.com.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
- Once a student enrolls in any course and pays the fee, it is understood that they have accepted the course structure, batch schedule, and delivery method.
- Fees paid through any mode (online, cash, UPI, bank transfer) are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of registration.
2. Refund Policy
- Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable after the course has commenced.
- Refund requests prior to the course start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Demo Class Policy
Students are encouraged to attend our Free Demo Sessions before enrolling. These demo classes help understand the teaching style, course content, and commitment required. Therefore, refunds after demo class attendance are not entertained.
4. Class Cancellation / Rescheduling
- In rare cases where the academy cancels or postpones a batch, students may be given the option to transfer to another batch or receive a full refund.
- No refund will be issued for missed classes by students due to personal reasons. However, makeup classes may be offered based on availability.
5. Online Class Connectivity Issues
The academy is not responsible for refunding course fees due to internet or device issues at the student’s end during online classes.
